Published date : 20 Apr 2017

Jenny Gilruth MSP has lodged a motion (S5M-05218) asking the Scottish Parliament to congratulate Jacqueline Lowe from Glenrothes on securing funding to set up Trusted Breaks, a social care enterprise.

The motion text reads:

“That the Parliament congratulations Jacqueline Lowe, who is from Glenrothes, on being awarded £4,900 from the Social Entrepreneurs Fund, via Firstport, to set up Trusted Breaks, which is a social care enterprise that provides respite and day care and employs people with experience of caring for members of their own family; recognises what it sees as the excellent work that Firstport provides in supporting people who wish to start businesses that help others and their communities, and wishes Jacqueline all the best with her enterprise.”
