Motion - Leven Man, Lewis Davis, to Walk the Camino De Santiago

Publised date : 04 Sep 2019

That the Parliament congratulates Lewis Davis, who is from Leven on his quest to walk 500 miles of an ancient Christian pilgrimage route, the Camino De Santiago, in September 2019 to raise money for Prostate Scotland; acknowledges that Lewis was inspired to take on the challenge after reading the book, A Walk in the Woods, by Bill Bryson; notes that he has previously carried out other various activities for charity, and wishes him the very best of luck with this 500-mile walk and his other endeavours.
