Publised date : 16 Jan 2020

That the Parliament congratulates the volunteer, Stuart McEwan, who is from Leven, on being presented with a certificate from the Princess Royal in recognition of his contribution to the community; understands that Stuart was first introduced to first aid as a Scout aged 12 and later joined St Andrew’s First Aid as a cadet; notes that the Leven local has dedicated his life to learning and providing lifesaving skills and has volunteered his services at many large-scale events and is now a team leader in the North East and Fife Company, and wishes Stuart all the best in the future.
