Motion - Kinglassie's Busy Bees Youth Group and Kats Mission Help Homeless People

Publised date : 16 Dec 2019

That the Parliament acknowledges that members of the Busy Bees youth group and volunteers from the charity, Kats Mission, which are both based in Kinglassie, recently travelled to Edinburgh to hand out backpacks to people sleeping rough on the streets; notes that the young people made the backpacks up with warm clothing, toiletries and food items to help ease the pressures for people without a roof over their heads; understands that the charity is now focussing on organising a number of other initiatives to help people less fortunate, and wishes all involved with the Busy Bees and Kats Mission the very best.
