Motion - Callum Montgomerie Wins Gold at WorldSkills UK

Jenny Gilruth MSP has lodged Motion S5M-15041 in the Scottish Parliament to congratulate Callum Montgomerie, a student in Applied Networking at Fife College, on being awarded the gold medal at WorldSkills UK in the IT Support Technician category.

Motion Text:

That the Parliament congratulates Callum Montgomerie, who is 20 and from Glenrothes, on winning a gold medal in the IT Support Technician skills category at the 2018 WorldSkills UK Awards in Birmingham; understands that medals were awarded recognising 70 different skills with more than 500 competitors from 115 colleges and training providers being presented with awards or commendations; notes that Callum is studying BSc Applied Networking  at Fife College, and wishes him the best of luck.
