Mid Fife and Glenrothes Enjoys Success at the Kingdom FM Awards:

That the Parliament congratulates all of the finalists and winners from the Mid Fife and Glenrothes constituency on their success at the Kingdom FM Awards, which were held on 31 August 2018; understands that Archie Sinclair was a finalist in the Child of Achievement Award, the Glenrothes Foodbank was a finalist in the Provost Award, Love Oliver reached the final for the Fundraiser of the Year Award, Thornton’s Fish Hoose was a finalist in the New Business Start Up Award, Lynn Murray reached the final of the Volunteer of the Year Award and Fife Employment Access Trust was in the final three for the Best Community Group Award; notes that the winners from the constituency included Maia Maclennan from Auchmuty High School, who won Sports Person of the Year, the Frisson Foundation, which won the Mary Leishman Award and Dean Chalmers, who won the Home Grown Talent Award, recognises the hard work and dedication that went into such notable achievements; acknowledges the efforts from Kingdom FM in hosting the awards, and wishes everyone involved continued success.
