Holly Wilkins World Class Training

That the Parliament congratulates Glenrothes student Holly Wilkins on have been given the opportunity to train at a world class hotel school in Lausanne, Switzerland recently thanks to a prestigious scholarship; understands that Holly is a student in HNC Hospitality at Fife College and travelled to Switzerland thanks to a Hospitality Industry and Tourism (HIT) Scholarship award, to which the college had applied; notes that Ecole Hotelier de Lausanne is regarded as the best hospitality school in the world which offers hospitality management programmes to students across the globe; acknowledges that HIT Scotland funds the all expenses trip from students to take part in a two-day programme at the school which covers all aspects of the hospitality industry using a blend of presentations and hands on practical experience; wishes Holly the best of luck with her future.
