MOTION CONGRATULATING MID FIFE AND GLENROTHES MSYPS

Jenny Gilruth MSP has lodged a motion asking the Scottish Parliament to congratulate Euan Greenwood and Ross Barclay on their election to Scottish Youth Parliament for the area of Mid Fife and Glenrothes.

The motion text reads:

“That the Parliament congratulates Euan Greenwood and Ross Barclay on being elected to serve as Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP) for the Mid Fife and Glenrothes constituency; notes the commitment that both have shown to their local communities; endorses the work of the SYP in supporting political engagement with young people nationally, and congratulates all those involved at the SYP on their work to ensure that the voices of Scotland’s young people are heard.”
