MOTION TO CONGRATULATE GLENROTHES AMATEUR SWIMMING CLUB

Jenny Gilruth MSP has lodged a motion (S5M-05368) asking the Scottish Parliament to congratulate Glenrothes Amateur Swimming Club on their fundraising efforts for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The motion text reads:

That the Parliament congratulates the swimmers from Glenrothes Amateur Swimming Club who completed a recent charity swim challenge at the Michael Woods Centre and raised £4,630; notes that £2,815 of this will go to Macmillan Cancer Support; recognises the excellent coaching, encouragement and support that the club gives to children of all ages and levels, and wishes it every success.
