LOCAL COMMUNITY GROUPS URGED TO APPLY FOR SKILLS AND OPPORTUNITY FUNDING

Charities, social enterprises, community groups and other local organisations across Mid Fife and Glenrothes are invited to apply for financial assistance through The Royal Bank of Scotland Skills and Opportunities Fund.

The fund was set up in 2015 to make a difference in communities by providing grants to help people achieve qualifications, find work or start a business.

£1m is to be distributed in the first of two rounds of funding in 2017 and applications can be submitted up until midday on Friday 24 February.
