JENNY GILRUTH MSP SHOWS SUPPORT FOR MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT IN PARLIAMENT AND AT COFFEE MORNING

Jenny Gilruth MSP this week hailed the work of Macmillan Cancer Support after attending coffee mornings across her Constituency, as part of the World’s Biggest Coffee morning event.
The Mid Fife & Glenrothes MSP lodged a Parliamentary motion last week on behalf of MacMillan Cancer Support.
Speaking after the coffee morning, commenting Jenny Gilruth MSP said:
“The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is a fantastic annual initiative. Last year’s events raised £2.2 million in Scotland to support people living with and beyond cancer. Hopefully this year’s events will bring about a similar result. It has been great to meet constituents across Mid Fife & Glenrothes. I have certainly enjoyed the cakes along the way! I’d like to thank the organisers for their hard work in making these events possible.”
